2024-25 SEASON OVERVIEW

Musica Viva NY’s 2024-2025 season marks a significant milestone as Artistic Director Alejandro Hernandez-Valdez celebrates his 10th year with the organization. This anniversary season will be a tribute to Alejandro’s personal artistic journey, featuring works and composers that hold deep significance for him. The programming will also highlight the rich diversity that has defined Musica Viva NY over the past decade. Central to this season are the masterpieces of Bach and Brahms, two of Alejandro’s most cherished composers, alongside works by Indian-American composer Reena Esmail, French composer Lili Boulanger, and other distinguished voices.

All four season concerts will be performed at the beautifully restored All Souls NYC on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Musica Viva NY’s concert home.
